This is one of our flagship food stations. Soft steamed baos filled with Asian slaw, house pickles, scallions, with choice of 2 fillings:
- Peking Duck Confit, pickled jalapeno aioli
- Death by Bao – Korean spice popcorn chicken, kimchi aioli
- Hainanese Chicken – ginger and kaffir lime poached chicken, ginger scallion sauce
- Hoisin Pulled Pork Bao - tender pulled pork in our hoisin bbq sauce with Sriracha aioli
- Korean sloppy joe – all of the mushrooms, tofu, tomato sauce (vegan)
- Brunch Bao - bacon or ham, country fried egg and Sriracha and lime ketchup
