Chau is a Toronto-based boutique catering company that offers unique, creative and custom catering options for weddings and other occasions where people gather to eat and celebrate. Inspired by the flavours of the world, we pride ourselves on creating bespoke menus to reflect the unique flavours and needs of our clients.
FRENCH CULINARY TRAINED CHEF
Founder Chef Jane Tran studied at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City, and secured an apprenticeship under Daniel Boulud, first in NYC then in London, UK. She has worked all over the world training in kitchens from fine dining restaurants like Gramercy Tavern (1 Michelin star), Blanco (2 Michelin stars) to the legendary Central BBQ in Memphis and even a dumpling factory in San Francisco. After nearly a decade of working in the USA, London and around the world, Chef Jane came back to her home town and launched Chau.
