We wanted a meal that would be interesting enough for the foodies but not too scary for the meat and potato folk, and Jane was able to toe that line perfectly with an Asian fusion buffet! She easily accommodated our requests or guided us to better options, and was lovely throughout the process (basically acting as wedding planner and therapist I might add!). Her staff was also great on the day. Warm and great attention to detail. I just wish I had time to eat more in all the excitement of the day. Thanks Jane and crew!

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday and hired Chau. My experience was excellent from my 1st phone call with Ashley, the Event Coordinator until the last second of the event.

The food was phenomenal and everything was so fresh. The Chefs onsite were friendly and interacted with our guests. The service was excellent, The bartender was great. I am so happy I booked this as the bar service it really elevated the experience. Do not hesitate on this one!

Everyone complimented the food all night, they enjoyed the unique experience and how wonderful the staff were. If you are looking to host a delicious, memorable night, Chau is the way to go.

Chau catered my wedding and it was absolutely amazing ! Jane created a custom cushion menu for us since our families are of mixed cultures. The dishes were loved by everyone and we received many compliments on the food!
Jane and Ashley were also amazing in making sure everything was on track. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a friendly, professional and yummy catering experience!
